How long does a grooming appointment take?
Most appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat type, and the service chosen. We'll give you an estimated time when you book.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes — we are appointment only to ensure every dog gets our full attention. Book online anytime using our scheduling system.
What should I do to prepare my dog?
Please make sure your dog has had a chance to use the bathroom before their appointment. If possible, a short walk beforehand helps them arrive calm and relaxed.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes! While we specialize in Pomeranians and double-coated breeds, we welcome all breeds and sizes. Have questions about your specific breed? Call us before booking.
What if my dog is anxious or reactive?
We work at your dog's pace. Please let us know about any anxiety, sensitivities, or health concerns when booking so we can prepare to make the experience as calm as possible.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from a full groom every 6–8 weeks. Pomeranians and double-coated breeds may need a bath and brush more frequently — every 3–4 weeks — to keep their coat healthy.
